Additionally, I decided not to continue using the Eldring pixel font; I really like it, but it is just not working out for my purpose - the blog can keep it for now, but the rest will stick with sans-serif, until I find something better & more fitting. - 11.09.2026

Hi, I am Akora and this is my little corner of the web :D
This is a work in progress, as I am still actively adding things and working on this site - it is therefore always worth taking a peek at the updates window!
Very recently I overhauled my site to primarily be in English, so you might stumble over some remnants of the older German version.

Music Recommendation 
Laden Lethe

The Fainting Room is a collaborative project by a bunch of artists from the indie video game development community.
I found them through Mike Klubnika, the developer behind Buckshot Roulette, who frequently contributes songs to the compilations albums that the collective releases every now and then. 'Laden Lethe' is the 5th installment in this series of albums. Their releases usually don't have a set theme or genre, but one can expect something in the range of experimental ambient to industrial with a few fun excursions here and there. The publications are also accompanied by rad artwork that is always interesting to look at.
I am definitely more in tune with the ambient portion of the featured tracks. Luckily for me, Laden Lethe has a lot of greats ones; I thinks kosmische's 'Autumn Rain' is my favourite though - I have rarely heard this kind of electric music sounding so pleseant and the melancholic vibe is just the cherry on top!
But with so many different people coming together for projects like this, you are bound to not like everyones contribution equally. And even if it leads to some tracks that are just not for me, I still find these differences in execution so very beautiful. I sit here in awe staring at and listening to all the different things made for this album. And while you can definitely critize the lack of cohesion towards a greater theme, I feel like, the album is still held together by this shared artistic vision of just making stuff that you find awesome and I think, that is what life is all about.
