Hi, my name is Akora and this is my little corner of the web!

Sometimes I write reviews, create videos and draw pixelart. All of which can be accessed here through my personal website.
I am still actively adding things and working on this site - it is therefore always worth taking a peek at the updates window!

Unfortunately for you, the majority of my site & publications are only available in German as it is the main language I speak. Expressing myself the way I want to be understood is already hard enough for me in German, so I will likely never translate most of it.
I will attempt to upkeep this English version of my home page and all the other necessary components, but my focus will most likely stay on the German part of my website, sorry.
I don't mind if you contact me in English though and there are still things for you to see around here - just be aware that you might occasionally stumble over some German on your journey ;)

My reviews were the main reason I wanted my own website. When I finished a video game, I often felt the need to talk about my experience and voice my opinion about the game - so why not write a reivew about it.
I didn't do so with every game and my writing can vary in detail; But as time went by, the amount of reviews started to grow and up until now, I only posted them in a Discord server - doomed to fade into obscurity. Yet I actually wished for a place, where anyone can easily access my reviews. So instead of relying on some external review-website, I started working on my own site. Now, here we are and my website has become more than just a place to dump my reviews onto. :D

From time to time, I like drawing pixelart. I would actually like to open Aseprite to work on new drawings way more often, but I had huge struggles with keeping up my creativity and motivation in the past. Therefore, I try not to force my self and just draw whenever it feels right and I am proud of the few works that I managed to produce.

The project of my Youtube videos ist very much a work in progress. I have put it on hold for a while now, but I am on the brink of reviving it. I plan to make video essays about video games and topics in this range, as it is the type of content, I personally enjoy watching. Also in German though!
